10 Things Rich People Find Offensive About The Other 99% – According To The “Lower” Classes

Wealthy people live in their own world, so it’s not surprising that there are many things that the middle or lower class can do that they may find offensive.

Can you blame them? Wealthy people – especially those born into wealth – know nothing but the life and manners they are accustomed to. So, the next time you’re around a rich person, there are a few things you should avoid. Unless you live on the edge of a precipice and don’t want to press any trigger buttons. Then you can try them.

1. Sitting at work

According to what people say, sitting at work is a class distinction. Rich people get offended when others sit to provide services. No, it doesn’t matter if they’re busy with work.

While eating at work, sitting down is unprofessional and lazy. It hardly matters as long as the person is doing their job. For example, no one expects an accountant to stand around all day at work.

2. Poverty

Apparently, being poor is enough to tick off a rich person. Maybe they deserve their own world. Someone shared a funny story about their grandmother’s boyfriend, who was driving through the city’s slums and was clearly irritated by poverty.

He considered the houses ugly and uninhabitable. It seems tactless, doesn’t it? But as mentioned earlier, most people born into wealth don’t know much outside of the bubble they were born into. And the man in question came from a long line of “old money.”

3. Call them happy

This is an age-old debate. Are rich people lucky or hardworking? It depends on the case and is not always a yes or no question. However, many people think that luck plays a more important role in wealth than hard work, much to the annoyance of wealthy people.

Again, it depends on the case. No one knows what happens in a man’s life when he lowers the curtains. Telling someone who worked 15-hour days that his wealth came from luck rather than hard work would be enough to piss him off.

4. Owning loud dogs

You would think city blocks would be full of loud dogs barking and threatening passers-by to stay away from property as their owners need protection due to their status. But it’s the other way around. The wanderer notes that the trip through the rich areas is quiet and calm.

Do you know where it is not quiet and peaceful? Middle and lower class areas. Don’t be angry with us; we did not reach a consensus. But here’s one reason why fat cats may not enjoy interacting with other people.

5. Tell us about your financial difficulties

Most of the elite don’t care if your daddy doesn’t have money, honey. Someone shares the story of their experience in high school. They had friends from the lower to the upper middle class. But only one guy was offended when he said that he was broke. The boy was born with a golden spoon in his mouth.

And not because they were afraid that this person would ask them for money or resources, but because the rich guy thought that he should be ashamed to admit to being poor.

6. Be selective in your work

Most of the rich may lack empathy. One of the ways this shows is their opinion of the job. They think that other people shouldn’t have a problem doing any kind of work and working crazy hours. After all, they worked hard for their money. Everyone else must work just as hard until they achieve something they can’t do.

7. Existing

Isn’t it funny? But 99% believe that one way to piss off a rich person is to simply exist, be around and share the same air with him. However, one person pleads to resist it.

They say, “They need you to exist in order to be a cog in their machine. What they find offensive is when you want stupid things like happiness, survival, food, fun, dreams, hobbies; you know everything that is worth living for.

8. Live outside of work

The wealthy should be Rihanna’s biggest fans and keep her 2016 hit “Work” on the charts. It’s true – a huge percentage of them believe that other people who are not as successful as they are should not live outside of work. They haven’t earned yet.

9. Talk about salary

It is much easier to discuss how much you earn with people in the same financial situation as you. For the upper class, asking how much they earn is rude and insulting. Iit is “private and private”.

10. Be happy

A person believes that rich people envy ordinary, happy people. Most of them have all the money, but they still lack joy.

This person says: “Believe it or not, I have found very successful and famous people who are legitimately jealous of ordinary people who have joy, love and laughter in their lives. With success and wealth comes this unwritten law that everyone should just stop caring. Most become more pretentious, superficial, ignorant and immature.”

Well, half the world considers money to be the key to happiness. Others think the best things in life are free. So which side are you on?
